Her work focusses on helping clients access and navigate their Soul’s potential by teaching and applying refined energy alchemy skills, technologies and practises.
Her approach to energy alchemy is grounded, practical and fun! After 15 years of study, practise and experience of quantum energy healing, plant medicine, somatics and psychology, she holds a space of sovereignty, profound safety and accessibility.
She has a particular interest in human Genius as a means of joyful contribution to systemic change — and is passionate about anchoring the magic of energy alchemy into a refined and embodied practice of business as a sacred source of healing and wholeness.
My story..
I began entrepreneurial life at the age of 23 by building a recording studio and music production business from scratch. After several years of producing studio albums and live shows, I joined the BMG Music Copyright team and then the Union Square Music Business Affairs department, where I learned how recording contracts and music licensing deals were made.
I went on to found my own record label, Piano Classics, in 2010 with Pieter van Winkel, an A&R expert in the classical music industry. Together, we built a leading specialist classical piano label, which gained much critical acclaim as an important platform for emerging artists. We sold Piano Classics in 2016 to Dutch label, Brilliant Records, where it continues to thrive today.
In 2015, alongside my music company, I began building a business in the health and wellness space, recognising the potential for growth in a rapidly expanding industry. I partnered with several prominent socially and environmentally conscious product-based businesses, becoming UK & European Distributor for Fly KAKAO Drinking Chocolate from 2020-2022, also co-creating and teaching a successful Facilitator Training program for the company.
In 2020 I began teaching and facilitating group programs for emergent entrepreneurs on ethical business practises, branding, community building and product development in the online world.
Later that year, I established a farm business with my husband, Simon. We are working on innovative and successful ways to grow food for the local community without using chemicals and are committed to investing into regenerative farming practises and focussing on increasing soil health and biodiversity.
In 2022 I founded Ellie Seilern Consulting Ltd, through which I coach and mentor Founders and Leaders in creative strategy, leadership, program development, systems-based governance and intuitive business practises.
In 2023 I became the legal owner and CEO of Deva Alchemy Academy, a leading global education and training company for creative and dynamic entrepreneurs.

Ultimately, this work is about becoming the most creatively aligned and expressed version of yourself - and learning how to use the full capacities of your mind, body and soul. You are a multidimensional being with a vast reservoir of power and potential. Once you learn how to access it and apply it effectively, you will invariably experience a transformation in all areas of of your life.
Qualifications, Credentials + Teaching Lineage
My work is shaped and informed by a wide spectrum of experiential and formal learning alongside ongoing self-study in psychology, somatics, sound healing, energy alchemy, philosophy, spiritual teachings and plant medicines.
I was initiated as a Reiki Master under Shriya Grace and qualified in Level II Sound Healing and Level II Quantum Energy Healing with Master Healer Yantara Jiro.
I have trained 1-1 with world-renowned teacher and mentor, Hiro Boga, for several years and completed her 9 month Mentor Training Program. Under her guidance and tutelage, I have learned how to incorporate highly refined somatic and subtle energy technologies into the business and leadership space, which has formed the foundations of my own business and mentorship.
In 2023 I became the successor and legal owner of Deva Alchemy Academy, the global educational and training company founded by Hiro Boga over 40 years ago. With Hiro as Founder Emerita and ongoing wise counsel, my vision for Deva Alchemy is focussed on honouring and serving the living lineage of this sacred work as its humble guardian and steward.
